Please review the terms of service for using Shiori Share
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the rights and obligations between users and the operator of Shiori Share (the "Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides the following features:
- Creation and editing of travel/event itineraries
- Sharing functionality for created itineraries
- Collaborative editing with password protection
- Temporary storage of itinerary data
- AI chat-assisted itinerary creation
- Account registration for saving created itineraries (optional; one itinerary can only be linked to one account)
- Premium features (paid, per-itinerary purchase)
- Display of affiliate advertisements (free plan only)
Article 3 (Eligibility)
The Service is available to anyone regardless of age or nationality. However, minors must obtain consent from their guardians before use.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
- Registration or posting of false information
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Mass access using automated tools
- Acts to circumvent rate limits
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Service operator
Article 5 (Usage Limitations)
The Service has the following limitations for stable operation:
Common Limitations
- Character limits for each field
- Packing list: Maximum 15 items, 50 characters per item
- Start date cannot be edited once the itinerary's last day has passed
- Itinerary creation: Up to 3 times per 10 minutes
- Plan updates: Up to 15 times per 10 minutes
When creation or update limits are reached, you can resume using the service after a waiting period.
Free Plan Limitations
- Maximum 3 days
- Maximum 6 plans per day
Premium Plan Limitations
- Maximum 14 days
- Maximum 12 plans per day
Article 6 (Data Storage and Deletion)
Itinerary data created in the Service will be automatically deleted one year after creation. However, Premium itineraries will not be deleted. If deletion is necessary due to service termination or other circumstances, we will notify users in advance. We recommend that users back up important data themselves.
๐ About Edit Passwords
For itineraries linked to your account, you can reset the password from My Page. For itineraries created without an account, passwords cannot be reissued or recovered if forgotten. Passwords are encrypted server-side, and even the operator cannot view them. Please keep your password in a safe place and be careful not to forget it.

Do not enter the following personal information in your itinerary:
- โข Names, addresses, phone numbers
- โข Email addresses
- โข Credit card information, bank account information
- โข Passport numbers, driver's license numbers
- โข Other confidential information or personally identifiable information
Itineraries may be shared with others. To prevent personal information leaks, only include general information such as restaurant names and tourist attraction names.
Article 6-2 (Paid Service)
The Service offers premium features as a paid service:

ยฅ1,000 per itinerary (tax included, one-time purchase)
Payment Method
We use Stripe, Inc.'s payment system. The Service does not store credit card information.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept returns or refunds after purchase as a general rule. However, if there are significant deficiencies in service delivery, we will address each case individually. Please contact us through the inquiry form.
Premium Benefits
- Create up to 14 days with maximum 12 plans per day
- Exempt from automatic deletion
- Watermark-free PDF download
- No advertisements or affiliate links
- Access to new features as they are released
Please note that if you delete an itinerary after purchase, restoration or refund is not possible.
Article 6-3 (Affiliate Program)
The Service participates in an affiliate program operated by ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. Affiliate links to partner services are displayed on itinerary detail pages for free plan users. If you click an affiliate link and make a reservation or purchase through a partner service, the Service may receive a commission. This does not increase any costs to you. Premium plan users will not see any advertisements or affiliate links.
Article 6-4 (AI Chat Feature)
The Service provides an AI (artificial intelligence) chat feature to assist with itinerary creation.
About the Accuracy of AI Suggestions
Content suggested by the AI (attractions, travel times, visit durations, business hours, etc.) may not always be up to date and may differ from actual facts. Please always verify suggested content yourself before relying on it.
Usage Limits
- Free plan: You can start a conversation only once per itinerary
- Premium plan: No limit on the number of conversations you can start
- Each conversation allows up to 8 exchanges
- After the trip has ended, new conversations cannot be started on either plan
Please do not enter personal information or confidential information in the AI chat.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Service operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. Furthermore, the Service operator does not guarantee the continuity, stability, or completeness of the Service.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Service operator may change these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms shall become effective when posted on the Service.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes concerning these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service operator.
