Do I need to register an account?
No, you can start using all features immediately without registration. However, creating an account lets you save and manage your itineraries, access them from My Page anytime. Choose the option that suits you best.
Is there any cost?
It's completely free. All features including itinerary creation, editing, and sharing are available at no cost.
Can I use it on both mobile and PC?
Yes, you can use it comfortably on both mobile and PC. The responsive design allows you to operate the same way on any device.
How long are itineraries saved?
Itineraries are saved for 1 year from creation. After 1 year, they are automatically deleted to ensure old data doesn't accumulate.
Can I collaborate with friends?
Yes, anyone who knows the shared password can edit. By sharing the password you set when creating the itinerary with friends and family, you can plan your trip together.
How many plans can I manage in one itinerary?
Currently, you can manage up to 3 days with a maximum of 6 plans per day in one itinerary. It's optimized for weekend trips and short vacations.
Is it not compatible with trips longer than 4 days?
Currently limited to 3 days to keep the service free, but we plan to support longer trips when we introduce paid plans in the future. Please let us know if you need this feature.
When is the LIVE display shown?
When you set both start and end times, LIVE is automatically displayed if the current time falls within that period. You can check real-time progress during your trip.
What should I do if I forget my password?
For itineraries linked to your account, you can reset the password from My Page. For itineraries created without an account, we don't offer a password reset function. We recommend saving important itinerary passwords in a notes app.
Does switching languages translate my itinerary content?
No, language switching only changes the site's display language. Your itinerary titles and plan details will remain in the language you entered them.
