Do I need to register an account?

No, you can start using all features immediately without registration. However, creating an account lets you save and manage your itineraries, access them from My Page anytime. Choose the option that suits you best.

Can I use it on both mobile and PC?

Yes, you can use it comfortably on both mobile and PC. The responsive design allows you to operate the same way on any device.

Can I collaborate with friends?

Yes, anyone who knows the shared password can edit. By sharing the password you set when creating the itinerary with friends and family, you can plan your trip together.

How many plans can I manage in one itinerary?

Itineraries are free to create. The free version supports up to 3 days and 6 plans per day, while the premium version supports up to 14 days and 12 plans per day.

When is the LIVE display shown?

When you set both start and end times, LIVE is automatically displayed if the current time falls within that period. You can check real-time progress during your trip.

Can I download my itinerary as a PDF?

Yes, PDF download is available for all itineraries. Just tap the 'PDF' button on the itinerary detail page. Free PDFs include a watermark; upgrade to Premium for a clean, watermark-free PDF.

Does switching languages translate my itinerary content?

No, language switching only changes the site's display language. Your itinerary titles and plan details will remain in the language you entered them.

How long are itineraries saved?

Free version itineraries are saved for 1 year from creation. After 1 year, they are automatically deleted to ensure old data doesn't accumulate. Premium version itineraries are exempt from automatic deletion and can be stored long-term.

What should I do if I forget my password?

For itineraries linked to your account, you can reset the password from My Page. For itineraries created without an account, we don't offer a password reset function. We recommend saving important itinerary passwords in a notes app.

Can I unlink an itinerary from my account?

Yes, you can unlink itineraries from your account on My Page. The itinerary won't be deleted and will still be accessible via its URL and password. If you want to relink it later, you can use the 'Save as My Itinerary' button on the edit page. Note that one itinerary can only be linked to one account at a time.

How can I purchase the premium version?

There are two ways to upgrade: ① when you reach the free version limits (3 days or 6 plans per day) while editing an itinerary, or ② when you tap the 'PDF' button on the itinerary detail page, an upgrade prompt will appear (you can also download a free watermarked PDF from there). Complete the credit card payment (via Stripe) and the itinerary will immediately become premium.

Does premium apply to all my itineraries?

No, premium is purchased per itinerary. Only the purchased itinerary will have premium features. If you want to make other itineraries premium, you need to purchase separately for each one.

Can I get a refund after purchase?

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available after purchase. Please refer to the Terms of Service and Legal Notice for details. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
