About this itinerary
What the two days look like
Day 1 starts with a group transfer to the venue and a welcome coffee, followed by a kickoff session on the goals for the offsite, lunch, an afternoon strategy workshop in breakout groups, and a team dinner. Day 2 opens with breakfast and a team-building activity, then lunch, a wrap-up session to agree on next steps, and the transfer back to the office.
Why share the agenda as a link
Organizers spend the days before an offsite answering the same questions: where do we meet, what time does it start, what should I bring? Put the pickup point, session times, and links to slides or shared notes into the itinerary once, and everyone can check them on their phone.
Anyone with the link can view the itinerary without installing an app or creating an account, so there is nothing for attendees to set up. Only people you give the password to can edit it, which keeps the agenda in the hands of the organizers. If a session moves, attendees see the update the next time they open the link.
Make it your own
Use the template as a starting point. Rename the sessions to match your agenda, swap the team-building activity for something that suits your team, and add notes like the dress code or who is presenting. For a one-day offsite, keep Day 1 and drop the dinner.
